Elcyo Wins Kyoto Chuo Shinkin Bank Award at “UZUMASA NINJA PITCH 2025”
Our CEO, Sunri Lee, took the stage at the final round of the startup pitch contest “UZUMASA NINJA PITCH 2025” held in Kyoto on October 11, 2025, and received the Kyoto Chuo Shinkin Bank Award.
The final brought together six startups selected at the preliminary round on September 21, 2025, all delivering passionate pitches to the judges and audience.
About UZUMASA NINJA PITCH 2025
Set in Kyoto’s Uzumasa district—known both for its thousand-year history as the heart of Japanese culture and as the “city of film”—UZUMASA NINJA PITCH is a startup pitch contest that aims to create new culture and industry from Kyoto. By combining Kyoto’s rich history and culture with startups from a wide range of fields, the event seeks to build a globally leading hub for open innovation.
Held annually since 2023, the contest has welcomed many startups across industries and has already sparked a number of new innovation stories.
